Module 4: Reporting Mechanisms and Case Management
– Design accessible, survivor-centered reporting channels.
– Build capacity to manage disclosures and referrals with care, confidentiality, and due process.
Module 5: Staff Roles and Responsibilities in Safeguarding
– Define who is responsible for what—from leadership to volunteers.
– Integrate safeguarding into recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management systems.
Module 6: Safeguarding in Program Design and Implementation
– Apply a safeguarding lens across the program lifecycle.
– Learn to mitigate risks in planning, implementation, and M&E phases of your project work.
Module 7: Cultivating a Safeguarding Culture
– Explore strategies to build a proactive, learning-centered safeguarding culture.
