In today’s increasingly competitive and rapidly evolving development landscape, organizations face shrinking donor pools and shifting funding priorities. To survive and thrive, NGOs and CBOs must equip themselves with practical tools to diversify income sources, create lasting partnerships, and build sustainable financing models.

Module 6: Monitoring, Accountability & Donor Reporting

  • Reporting templates, KPIs, and timelines that satisfy donor expectations.
  • Building trust through transparency: Financial and narrative reporting.
  • Demonstrating impact and ROI in donor communications.

Course Duration:

This course can be delivered as a 5-day physical workshop or a 10-15 days online course (with daily live sessions and assignments).
