Module 5: Governance Risk and Compliance
Gain a practical understanding of fiduciary duty, conflict of interest, risk mitigation, and legal compliance frameworks that affect nonprofit organizations. Learn how to assess and manage governance risks.
Module 6: Board Culture, Effectiveness, and Evaluation
