In today’s increasingly competitive and rapidly evolving development landscape, organizations face shrinking donor pools and shifting funding priorities. To survive and thrive, NGOs and CBOs must equip themselves with practical tools to diversify income sources, create lasting partnerships, and build sustainable financing models.
This course empowers participants with a strategic understanding of the funding ecosystem and equips them with skills to develop resource mobilization strategies, write compelling proposals, engage donors, and leverage digital tools for fundraising. Module 5: Storytelling, Communications & Digital Fundraising
- Storytelling for impact: Framing narratives that connect with funders.

Module 6: Monitoring, Accountability & Donor Reporting
- Reporting templates, KPIs, and timelines that satisfy donor expectations.

Course Duration:
This course can be delivered as a 5-day physical workshop or a 4-week online course (with weekly live sessions and assignments).
