Digitizing M&E processes: collection, storage, visualization, and learning.
Real-time data systems and remote monitoring.

Module 4: Leveraging AI, Automation, and Emerging Technologies
What is AI and how can CSOs use it responsibly?
Case examples: chatbots, predictive analytics, translation tools.
Low-code and no-code tools for process automation.
Risks, ethics, and inclusion in using new technologies.
Module 5: Digital Engagement and Online Communities
Digital platforms for communication: websites, newsletters, social media.
