Course Description
This course empowers change makers to lead climate adaptation from the ground up, centering the lived realities and wisdom of local communities. Participants will explore how to co-create solutions that reflect real risks, cultural values, and available resources — from participatory risk assessments to integrating indigenous knowledge and nature-based strategies. With a strong focus on inclusive leadership, this course equips learners to engage women, youth, and marginalized groups in shaping community-driven responses that are just, sustainable, and impactful.

Participants can connect and engage with peers around the world, all while an expert facilitator is available to answer your questions. The platform is user-friendly and available for a set duration, allowing learners to work at their own pace.
All courses can be converted in to a 3-5 days intensive in-person workshop/executive retreat.
